FLOW 01 · $500

Evergreen voice welcome

Welcome eligible new Instagram followers in Amber’s voice and offer a clear next step into the fan club. During December teasing, use an approved preview or launch information; update the destination when the club opens.

Why: give new followers a personal introduction in Amber’s voice with an always-on welcome.

Follow-to-DM depends on account eligibility. Test audio delivery; use a fan-initiated WELCOME keyword if the follow trigger is unavailable.

FLOW 02 · $500

Fan club + premiere

A CLUB keyword on launch posts, Story replies and supported Reels leads to the membership benefits, signup page and approved premiere-entry details. Run across the January 8–27 window, then replace the expired contest invitation.

Why: convert the interest created by Amber’s organic posts into the 5,000-member goal.

One shared signup journey with supported entry triggers; contest administration stays with Amber’s team.

FLOW 03 · $500

Special preview + watch

A SPECIAL keyword delivers an approved teaser or early clip, then directs fans to the YouTube Premiere page or full special when available. Any follow-up must fit the permitted messaging window and consent.

Why: get fans watching the special after the fan-club launch.

Keep the watch destination distinct from club signup so each campaign has a clear action and measurable result.

$200 account setup + 3 flows × $500 = $1,700 one-time DM setup. December teasing uses these flows; a separate teaser build is not recommended.

Follow-trigger eligibility is subject to Manychat’s current requirements. Final triggers, audio and signup tracking are tested on Amber’s accounts.

Build on organic.
Fund the gap.

Recommend $12,000 in January media. Start with $2,000, learn from real signups, then decide how much more to use.

HOW WE PLAN TOWARD THE GOALAssumptions, not a forecast
2,900Organic + DMs + list5% of the 58,000-contact base
Members needed from ads
5,000Member goalBefore the premiere
Organic + DMs + list Paid gap
MEDIA TO CLOSE THE GAP$10,500

Plus $1,500 in reserve = the $12,000 January recommendation.

We count people once across channels. Social reach is not guaranteed, and overlapping follower/list counts are not added together.

Release the budget in three steps.

January 8–27 · Proposed fan-club campaign

01 / TEST$2,000

Find which clips and audiences produce completed signups.

02 / SCALE$8,500

Back the winners if acquisition costs and membership value support it.

03 / RESERVE$1,500

PAID ADVERTISING / THE RECOMMENDATION

Let organic lead. Use ads to close the gap.

To support your fan-club launch and build on Amber’s existing audience, we recommend $12,000 in January media spend toward the 5,000-member goal, released in stages as actual signups come in.

Amber’s strong social engagement, trial Reels and planned 3–5 weekly posts support starting with her existing audience. Social followers and list contacts overlap, so we do not add them together or count viral reach as guaranteed signups. Additional organic social conversions are upside to this model.

Planning scenarios toward 5,000 members
ScenarioOrganic + DM + listPaid gapAssumed media cost / memberMedia needed for gap
Stronger organic · 7%4,060940$5$4,700
Working case · 5%2,9002,100$5$10,500
Cautious case · 3%1,7403,260$7$22,820

These are planning assumptions, not historical conversion rates or platform benchmarks. The 5% working case is an effective conversion of the full reported list, not a conversion of every follower reached. It could, for example, require 25% of the base to visit signup and 20% of those visitors to join. Actual reach, list deliverability, offer and membership price will change the result. The 5% starting assumption will be refined using actual signup results.

Decision after the first $2,000: compare completed, deduplicated memberships with the organic contribution. Scale toward a $5 media cost per additional member only if membership revenue after platform costs supports it. If costs trend toward $7 or organic response is weaker, reforecast the goal and budget before increasing spend. The $12,000 plan does not cover the cautious case.

Optional February special push: add $1,500 in media for the YouTube Premiere page and special around February 5–10. This is a separate viewing objective and does not contribute to the pre-premiere membership forecast. February ad management carries its own $1,500 minimum fee.

Planning basis: your team’s reported 58,000 text contacts and goal of 5,000 fan-club members before the premiere. We’ll confirm current audience insights and final membership terms together before launch.

Here’s what it costs.

The core plan builds all three DM flows and funds January’s fan-club campaign.

ONE-TIME DM BUILD$1,700

$200 account setup
+ three $500 flow builds

JANUARY AD MEDIA$12,000

Platform media budget
Includes $1,500 reserve

JANUARY AD MANAGEMENT$1,800

15% of the $12,000 budget
$1,500 monthly minimum

ManyChat, fan-club platform and messaging charges are separate. DM pricing covers setup and builds; ongoing DM management is separate scope.

View full pricing & fee terms
DM Automation account setup One time$200
Three recommended flow builds 3 × $500, one time$1,500
January fan-club media budget Paid directly to the ad platforms; includes $1,500 reserve$12,000
January ad management 15% × $12,000 = $1,800; above the $1,500 monthly minimum$1,800
Core launch plan$15,500
Optional February YouTube media Separate viewing objective+$1,500
Optional February ad management 15% × $1,500 = $225; $1,500 monthly minimum applies+$1,500
With the February ad campaign$18,500

Ad management is 15% of the monthly media budget, with a $1,500 fee floor per month of ad management. The floor is the minimum fee, not an additional charge. This plan assumes ad management in January only, or January and February if the optional campaign is selected. Any December ad management would be an additional month. ManyChat, fan-club platform and messaging charges are separate. DM pricing covers setup and flow builds; ongoing DM management and additional flow builds are separate scope.

Scope & responsibilities

Proposed RIVIDIA scope: warm-audience ad setup and management, the three recommended DM flows, and measurement of the signup journey where supported. An email template can be scoped separately if helpful.

Amber’s team: supplies approved clips, voice recording, messaging, membership benefits and prices, and the fan-club platform and signup page. Your team owns organic posting, contest terms and administration, winner selection, prizes and travel, event production and the special itself.

Fan-club/app development, filming, ongoing community management, full email or SMS campaign operations, and broader cold-audience acquisition are outside this proposed launch scope. A later phase can be agreed separately.

ManyChat & the voice welcome

The proposed DM path uses clear keywords in launch posts, Stories and supported Reels to guide interested fans to the fan club.

The follow-triggered voice welcome will be validated on Amber’s Instagram and ManyChat accounts before launch. Final triggers, consent steps, message timing and audio delivery depend on account eligibility and platform rules. This proposal does not assume that every follower can receive an automatic voice message.

Amber’s team supplies and approves the recording. Three flows are recommended at $500 per build, plus $200 account setup. Confirm revision rounds and the support period in the written scope; ongoing DM management is not included in this setup total.

Working rollout & launch dependencies
  1. December: tease the launch and prepare approved creative, tracking and DMs.
  2. January 8: planned fan-club opening and premiere announcement.
  3. January 8–27: planned contest entry window and fan-club push.
  4. February 3: planned Nashville premiere, produced by Amber’s team.
  5. February 5–10: planned YouTube Premiere page and special release.

This is the team’s working sequence, not a committed delivery calendar. Confirm final dates, platform readiness, account access, assets, consent and contest terms before scheduling activity.

What success looks like

Focus on completed fan-club registrations, cost per acquired member and the movement from content to DM to signup. Separate paid and free signups if both membership tiers are offered. Track YouTube traffic and views where useful and available.

Reporting depends on the selected platform’s data and tracking access. Validate the recommended media budget against membership price, revenue share, existing subscriber baseline and measurement. Count each new member once across organic and paid activity; attributed ad conversions may overlap with organic influence. Exclude existing members from the acquisition count. No subscriber count, cost per acquisition or revenue result is guaranteed.
